KLS Backup 2025 provides an easy solution to migrate all your existing backup profiles and settings to the new operating system, allowing you to continue protecting your data right where you left off.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

• On your existing Windows 10 installation of KLS Backup, open the Export Settings tool from the File menu.

• Select the items (settings and profiles) you want to include, specify the export file path, and click Export.

  

  If a password dialog appears, enter your current Windows password to authorize the export process.

  

  You can store the exported file on a hard disk, USB drive, or cloud storage service (such as OneDrive).

• Install KLS Backup on your Windows 11 system.
• Open the Import Settings tool from the File menu.
• Click Import from File and locate the previously created export file.

• Select the items (settings and profiles) you want to import, then click Import.

  

• Once the import process is complete, restart KLS Backup and verify that all settings and profiles were migrated correctly.
